EZMeds - Prescription drug plans - Discount Drugs

Very few people know about Patient Assistance Programs (P.A.P.) or understand the complicated application and approval process required to participate in them for each of their medications. The EZMeds Pharmacy Assistance Program provides an easy, affordable solution to obtaining these costly medications. Here’s how the EZMeds Program works to help eligible participants navigate the maze of paperwork and receive their prescriptions drugs with minimal effort:

1. A representative from the administrator of the EZMeds Program calls the applicant to:
   • determine general eligibility;
   • confirm eligibility of medications; and
   • assist in completing the enrollment packages for P.A.P. eligible medications
2. EZMeds completes, submits and tracks physician documents.
3. EZMeds submits enrollments packages to each pharmaceutical company.
4. Medications are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the EZMeds participants’ home or their physician’s office.
